Suggest Remedy For Rashes/scars Due To Chicken Pox

Hi, im currently 16 and have been infected with chickenpox for the first time, i have noticed the rash for about 3 days now. On my face i picked a couple of the scabs a little bit and over the past 30 hours or so they have turned into black craters. How long will they take to clear up and heal and is there any treatment or lotion I can use on them ?

Hi,

It will take one to two weeks to resolve. Do not manipulate the lesions, do not pick the lesions. It will lead to scars. You can apply antibiotic cream, Fudic cream, twice daily over the lesions. If you are still getting new lesions, fever, and body ache. Consult a dermatologist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
