Brief Answer:
Use hydrocortisone ointment and cetirizine

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic,

There are few possibilities that need to be considered here.

Itchy blisters in the palm could be due to:
-allergic reaction to omeprazole. Such allergic reaction to omeprazole is highly unlikely. But the possibility needs to be encouraged since you started the medication only recently.
I would recommend discontinuing the medication for now and follow up with an allergy specialist to undergo allergy testing.

-Other possibilities include contact dermatitis, dyshidrotic eczema etc. Contact dermatitis can be triggered by any irritant substance that comes in contact with your skin like soap, fabric, grass, poison ivy etc. Please try identifying recent exposure to any such triggers.
Dishydrotic eczema is also a form of allergic reaction.

Management all these conditions are similar:
-Apply hydrocortisone 1% ointment
- You can take cetirizine 10 mg once daily.
-Avoid exposure triggering factors. Discontinue omeprazole for now and follow up with a dermatologist or immunologist for allergy testing.

Hope this answers your question
