I have gone through your uploaded image and you seem to have small pedunculated skin tags.

These can be treated well through TWO MAJOR procedures.

1.Aluminium chloride pain with electrodessication.
2.Liquid nitrogen cryotherapy.

Both these procedures are equally effective ,the choice depends on the physician.
