Most of the fluid part of the semen is produced by prostate gland.Mastrubation doesnot weaken , strengthen or adversely affect prostate gland.

Ulcerative collitis is inflammatory bowel disease , unrelated to mastrubation and prostate.Ulcerative colitis affects colon and is autoimmune disorder.

As the opening of the meatus is small and the edge of the glans is tightly attached to the edge of outer foreskin layer (not inner foreskin layer) erection is incomplete and experiences pressure.

i.e. when completely erect. I can barely see the meatus but glans is not visible. i.e. frenulum of prepuce of penis is only felt over the outer foreskin layer.

Erection seems normal

Urination seems normal.

Glans movement seems normal when not erect (while cleaning once in a while in shower when its small)

I never tried forcing it to stay outside as I felt painful even when the erection is midway. I forcefully pushed it back in to avoid emergency situations.

Never experienced any STD.

i.e Penis with tight phimotic ring making it difficult to retract the foreskin

What are the alternatives for this situation to create a "waist" for the glans to move freely?

what are the alternative solution to overcome partial phimosis. i am not in favor of complete circumcision but want a healthy sex, masturbation and helathy life with slight corrections , if required. my penis when erect can not expand completely and the opening of the penis feels pressure. when its small i can push the glans out for cleaning while making sure that the size does not increase while cleaning. mine is uncircumcised. i do not want a circumcision but want the opening of the penis extended so that glans can protrude our freely when erect. what are the options do i have?
