What Causes Pain And Stinging In Frenulum During Sex?

i tore my frenulum about a month ago and now whenever i have sex without protection the frenulum feels strained and stings a little and im scared that it will tear again. ive seen a surgery called a frenuplasty that can extend the frenulum but i dont know what to do to fix a torn frenulum?? help...

Hi,

You need to abstain from sexual intercourse until the frenulum completely heals. Once it heals completely then it shouldn't be painful anymore after that.
