Santyl is very effective in treatment of bedsores.

Santyl is a collagen and it helps by removing the dead tissues, dies not harm the normal tissues and promotes the formation of new and healthy tissue. You should not use any silver or iodine ointments when using Santyl.

I am sure that your Doctor / Nurse would definitely tell you the proper way of using this.
