Brief Answer:
In 48 hours the drug is out of your system.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Propranolol is a nonselective beta-adrenergic receptor blocking agent possessing no other autonomic nervous system activity that has been evaluated for management of patients with the manifestations of cardiovascular disorders. At your age the drug is eliminated with a mean terminal half-life of approximately 6 hours.

20 mg is a small dose and not a concern. 24-48 hours is more than sufficient for the effects of the drug to dissipate. In 2 days or 48 hours, most of the medication is out of the system.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
