Brief Answer:
2-3 weeks

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

diazepam half life may reach 100 hours. This means that 95% of diazepam (almost all of it) will be excreted in 5x100 hours (2-3 weeks).
The time needed for excretion may vary between individuals depending on various factors, including hepatic and renal problems.

I hope I've helped!

Kind Regards!
