Brief Answer:
surgical removal, antibiotics and analgesics

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query, i have gone through your query. the wisdom teeth can be removed under local anesthesia also. since you are getting it done under general anesthesia you will not come to know about the procedure. the time taken to remove the teeth depends upon the position and amount of bone covering over the wisdom teeth.
post operatively you will have pain, limited mouth opening and swelling. you have to take analgesics and antiinflamatory drugs. only paracetamol will not reduce the complete pain since it is an antipyretic. you have told you can just take paracetamol, you can take other analgesics also (if you are not allergic).
you will have pain till you get the suture removed, swelling for two days, and limited mouth opening for 1 week.
if the teeth are erupted completely and teeth are removed without bone cutting then the amount of pain will be less.
if i am your treating doctor i would have suggested to take a radiograph like OPG to see the condition of the teeth and bone. i would have suggested to take a course of antibiotics like penicillin and metronidazole (if you are not allergic) and do saline gargling and maintain oral hygiene after extraction. you have not mentioned why you have to take only paracetamol. if any queries are there you can reply me back.
i hope my answer will help you take care.

Brief Answer:
paracetamol, extraction under GA

Detailed Answer:
k. thanks for your drug history. if you are allergic to all other drugs. there is no other option. you should take only paracetamol. if you are that much scared get it removed under general anesthesia. you can take paracetamol even though it is antipyretic it is centrally acting drug so you can take it. you can get a allergy test done it rules out all allergic reaction that your body produces will be detected later we can prescribe a particular drug. take care.
