Question : I have completed my 5 dose of anti-rabies injection and after two days I was again got a scratch from the same cat. Do I take the anti- rabies injection again. How long the injection effective after completion of 5 doses.

Repeat vaccination not required under 2 days of cat scratch.

You need not take vaccination again for this cat scratch.

ARV can offer protection upto 2 years.
