How To Align Tibia And Fibula Bones Back After An Injury?

Question: Regarding my son, Age 7 years, please refer the attached X-rays before & after the closed surgery & photo of leg after surgery, It happened in an accident (hit by two wheeler - bike) on 15th XXXXXXX 2014
surgery done by External Fixator on the same day.
Both the bones (Tibia & fibula) are not looks like set perfectly after surgery, please suggest what can be done. He is a Taekwondo (karate) player. Now my worry is to bring back his leg to good condition, so that he can be back in Taekwondo.

I have seen the images and X-rays attached.
There seems to be no external injury to the leg. If there is no external wound on the leg then there is no need to worry. The alignment of both the bones is satisfactory.
This should heal properly within 6 weeks. After the external fixator is removed and the bones show healing radiologically he will be able to walk normally and do all the Taekwondo activities after proper physiotherapy for a few weeks.
Just be careful to avoid any kind of infections near the pins that have been inserted. Go for a regular follow up.
