Question : I have had l side radiation for breast cancer and have had to have open heart surgery.I can not find a support undergarment that doesn't cause pain because of afternoon bloating and swelling I am 80 years old and active the pain is mostly sternal because of the pressure from undergarment.

Brief Answer: use the undergarment intermittently Detailed Answer: Hello, I am sorry about your current health concern. Try to get an undergarment that is cushioned well or padded. Do not go for the underwire busted types. Try the simple cotton ones that are well cushioned. Also, you must not use the garment continuously. Use it intermittently. You can probably not use it in the noons when you feel more bloating and swelling. It is your personal choice to choose the brand. There is no medical recommendation for this. I forgot to add that i have tried every bra possible.can not go without because my brest are so largr that they pull down on the inscion making it even more painfull Is it possible that a body suit could reduce the swelling and add more support by keeping the breast higher then the incision or would the compression add to the problem I have tried all you suggestions before but my breasts are so large they pull down on the incision causing more pain

Brief Answer: you must get one tailor-made for you Detailed Answer: Hello, In such a case, you must get a brassiere or body suit tailor-made according to your breast size and the site of incision.
