Yes - I took letrozole on day 3-5 of my cycle to assist with follicle stimulation. Will all 3 follicles release? What is the ideal size of a follicle prior to be released? Is an endo lining measurement of 7.1 a good number for pregnancy to happen? When is a person at risk of multi babies? How will I know when I'm ovulating? The nurse has requested follow up blood work on January 13 to confirm ovulation. Thanks

                                    Brief Answer:
Follicle ruptures between 18 to 26 mm.
Detailed Answer:
Hi there
Thanks for reverting back and appreciating the answer.
One can not predict, if only one or all 3 follicles will release egg.
Follicle size of 18 to 26 mmis good for egg release.
Endometrial lining above 7 mm is good for pregnancy to occur and grow.
When there is release of multiple eggs then there is risk for multi fetal pregnancy.
There are few signs of egg release.
You may get some vague pain in lower abdomen, excess and watery vaginal discharge.
And of course sonography will surely tell you about egg release.
I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
