Question : Hi, I am wondering if there is a special soap that is good to clean the glans penis with.
I stopped washing mine with soap for a few weeks, because of warnings I read online, and then I started doing it again because of the smell.
However, the glans is quite dry.

Thank you for writing to us on HCM.
As such there are lot of products available in market that promote themselves as special soaps for genitals, but theoretically excessive application of soap should be avoided over genitals as they remove the flora of good microorganisms which actually protect the skin from harmful microbes and infection.
Thus I would suggest you just use little lukewarm water to cleanse your glans penis on daily basis. Once a week you may use antiseptic soap containing triclosan for proper cleansing of genitals.
