In my opinion you are facing the same problem. As you have already treated for this and recovered it is somewhat clear that it might be a recurrence and if your were my patient then I advice you to trim hair instead of shaving, You may wash the affected area with triclosan soap frequently and apply fusidic acid cream. And I will also give tab.azithromycin 250mg dalily for 1 week for better results. But as these are the prescription drugs I request you to consult your treating physician to confirm the diagnosis.
