Brief Answer:
gynecologist opinion to find out the cause of miscarriage.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
Sorry to hear about the sad news.
I completely understand your concerns.

Rather then scrolling yourself on the net, its better to consult your gynecologist to find out the cause if miscarriage.

Some important causes of late miscarriage are:
1. Uterine anomalies and incompetent cervix.
2. Chromosomal abnormalities in fetus.
3. Placental problems like abruption.
4. Infections like bacterial vaginosis.
5. Immunologic causes.

A gynecologist will advise you the appropriate investigations to determine the cause and further precautions in future pregnancy.

The more you will scroll on net, the more terrified you will get.
A expert advice by a gynecologist will clear your confusions largely.

I understand its difficult to adjust after such a traumatic event. But I have some suggestions which you may find useful to cope up with your disturbing thoughts:

1. Practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation and progressive muscle relaxation. You can consult a psychologist if you find difficult to do these yourself.

2. Try to bring a smile on your face, be it a firced smile. Stand in front of mirror and see yourself smiling. This will change the negative air around you.

3. Surround yourself with positive people. Those who talk positive things and not just sympathize will lift your mood.

4. Try and Change the content of your thoughts. Enlist atleast 5 things in a day which you are grateful off.

5. Try not to victimize yourself. Take the focus away from yourself. Try to help someone who is in a more desparate situation then you.

6. Read motivational quotes and books. Roam around, engage yourself in your hobbies. Cooking, gardening, painting or whatever it could be. Eat healthy food and fruits. Donot ignore yourself.

7. Do not try to stop these thoughts. Let them flow through your mind. The more you try to stop them, themore they will haunt you. Divert your mind from them.

I know its easier said then done. But never stop trying. Keep in mind that this for your good.

Hope you find these suggestions helpful.

Feel free to ask further.

I wish you good health.

Take care.
Thanks.
