First biopsy or FNAC from lung or liver lesion is necessary to establish the diagnosis of malignancy. If malignancy is established then chemotherapy along with bisphosphonates must be given. Choice of medication depends on histology of disease. If primary adenocarcinoma of lung then EGFR mutation analysis also is needed. Choice of medication also depends on liver and renal function.
