I am 26 yrs old.
I am masturbating last 12 yrs and i can't stop this activity.
Eating my time and commitments.
I can't able to stop or get rid of myself.
I am a computer professional and so without control i am using my lap for viewing porn contents.
I do had this activity more during my teenage, i try to improve myself but not able to control.
I am not married.
Since i also use K9 web protection which is not enough for me.
I find myself difficult with studies and get in touch with good friends.
Kindly help me.
