Brief Answer:
Nasal examination, endoscopy and a plain CT PNS.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. A nasal examination followed by a nasal endoscopy and a plain CT PNS (Para Nasal Sinuses) will identify the reasons for this nasal blockage.

2. The most common reasons are a DNS (Deviated Nasal Septum), turbinate hypertrophy, nasal polyps, persistent adenoids, choanal stenosis/ atresia, nasal pyriform aperture stenosis (on the severely blocked side), and other rare causes.

3. You may share your CT Scan and investigation (endoscopy and clinical examination) reports here for more specific treatment options. Septal correction surgeries, Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (EES) and many other surgical techniques can successfully be used to treat nasal obstruction.

I hope that I have answered your queries. If you have any further questions, I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
