Brief Answer:
Balance of diet, exercises and stress-free lifestyle.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Young man.
Thanks for your query and a picture you have attached herewith.

It is wonderful to know that a young man of just 18 wants to have belly to sag over the pant's waist band...

From the picture you have attached, it looks that you are lean and thin. Belly is already mildly protruding, chest looks to be in-drawn.

May I please know your weight in kg and height in cm, so that I can calculate the BMI to suggest you in more appropriate manner. Do you take non-veg also ?

As a general outline to get you the thing you want follow the following and you will get the effects gradually::
**General Principles:
-You need minimum 8 hours sound, quiet and undisturbed sleep.
-No stress or anxiety at all.
-Be happy-go-lucky yet responsible.

**Diet : Increase the following
-Dairy products
-Chocolates
-Banana
-Home-made fried foods, avoid junk foods as you would never know the contents
-Sprouted grains and cereals
-Balanced diet of carbohydrates, proteins and fat.

**Exercises:
-You should have daily warm-up exercises, play games, cycling, running and whichever suits you, whichever you look. This is very important to have a positive balance to have healthy life too. Just being fat is not good.

I hope this helps you, I am sure you have further queries, please ask for any clarifications or information you need.
