Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic. I have gone through the reports attached.

The level of Triglyceride is ‘high’, but not alarming / Normal = less than 150 / Borderline = 150 to 199 / High = 200 to 499 / Very high = 500 or higher.
A full 14-hour fasting is necessary for proper interpretation
Obesity / Diabetes / Thyroid insuffiency / Alcohol / over eating / some drugs are common causes.
It is generally genetic [inherited /running in family]
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
HDL is good cholesterol – higher, the better.
LDL is bad cholesterol – lower, the better. In the absence of any other risk factor 100 is ideal for LDL-C. In the presence of ischemia, 70 should be the aim.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Eat fewer calories / Limit natural sugars:
Eat small, frequent meals and do not skip meals
Avoid late-night snacking
Add omega-3 fats in your diet
– soy foods, canola oil, flax seeds and walnuts / limit potatoes, yams, beans, corn and peas / fatty fish (like mackerel, salmon, sardines, tuna) twice or more in a week
Healthy FOOD is a must. Avoid saturated fats – coconut oil, palm oil, butter, ghee, full cream milk...Avoid junk foods in particular – French fries have palm oil / Pizza has cheese / XXXXXXX sweets are made in ghee.../ Change to Poly-un-saturated oil – like sun flower oil. / Include Mono-un-saturated oil – Olive oil.
You should see a good DIETICIAN - One generally needs SEVERAL sessions, to master concepts of calories, nutritional values, biological value, vitamins, minerals and so on.

Lose weight if you are overweight
Quit smoking, if you are a smoker
No Alcohol
Do regular physical activity – at least half an hour a day / 5 days in a week
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Two liver enzymes (ALT & AST) are a higher. If the values are are 3 or more times than the upper limit, you need further extensive work up immediately. It is about twice the limit and you need follow up.
No alcohol / no drugs without doctor’s prescription
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Repeat the tests in 2 to 3 months / may need a drug like fibrate or statin, if still elevated...
Follow up with you Physician

Good luck
God bless you

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi

There is no need for concern - they can vary very often - depending on several factors, including the flow pattern / repeating soon after may show normal values! / variation less than 2 standard deviations are of no consequence.
