Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX, Welcome to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

Extremely sorry for your loss, please accept my deepest condolences..

Well unfortunately online prescription is beyond the scope of this online medical forum, so for that, you need a prescription from your local doctor only..

Given the nature of the pain (severity) and tolerance, that your already receiving Oxycontin at such doses, other opioid analgesics i.e. low dose Fentanyl trans-dermal (skin) patches (25mcg/hr for 72hrs and change as per requirement) can be useful, however it's a strictly opioid narcotic drug and contains several boxed warnings, so you need to obtain proper prescription as well as proper medical supervision while receiving it..

Sorry for the inconvenience, please try to understand..

Take Care
Kind Regards
