Hi doctor, i have osteo arthritis in my right hip, and have lost 20kg, i still need to lose about 6kg which has helped me to get mobilised alot more. i cannot afford the hip operation which is not worrying me, as the strange way my body has turned that i cannot walk up straight like normal, what can i do to improve on this.
