Brief Answer:
Can be reversible

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Acute tubular injury of mild degree is usually curable, in the sense that creatinine will go back to normal within 6-12 weeks. There might be subtle change in creatinine during this period.
Here are some of the precautions you must take

1. Do no consume any herbal medications or pain killers
2. Make sure to keep yourself well hydrated
3. Make sure any medication you might take now is not toxic to the kidneys
4. Avoid red meat
5. Avoid fruit juices and fruits rich in potassium like mangoes, banana, etc. Generally we tell the patients not to eat any fruit apart from apple, pineapples, papaya and guava.

Please find out from your doctor what lead to the acute tubular injury, it is important so that it does not happen again.

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to. I would also like you to attach the full biopsy report if possible along with the discharge summary

Regards
