Brief Answer:
Bacterial vaginosis likely

Detailed Answer:

Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Odour from the vagina can be due to infections like bacterial vaginosis which occurs from the derangement of the normal bacterial flora of the vagina.
It can occur in any sexually active females and is not related to multiple sexual partners.
I will suggest you to get a internal examination done by an OBGYN specialist and get a vaginal swab examination done to confirm the diagnosis and get further treatment accordingly.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back to me for further queries.
