Question : Hi, I had inguinal hernia surgery ( stitched method) almost three months ago. I was erect for about an hour and masturbated last night . Today the area around the surgery is a little sore. Did I over do it? Thanks, XXXXXX

Welcome to the forum.
Since it is more than three months, there is unlikely to be infection.
Masturbation is not related to the wound or wound healing of the hernia.
I am not concerned but if you are worried, it is worth a consult.
