Question : Azelastine HCL for a MISERBALE sinus problem. Is it something worth trying.

Azelastine is an antihistaminic drug and very effective for nasal allergy. It will decongest nasal mucosa and will aid sinus drainage but it would be better to take a combination of azelastine and topical steroid that has anti inflammatory action too.
