Is Gemfoss 35 Safe And Effective For Treatment Of Wrist Injury?

Question : I had injured my wrist ( displacement of carpel bones) more than 3 months and my doctor conducted surgery to fix the bones especially perilunate. now i am undergoing phsiotherapy to fix the stiffness and numbness of fingers and wrist, now my doctor has advised me to take gemfoss35. is it a safe drug with the precautions it suggests.

I have gone through your question and I understood your problem.
I have been prescribing gemfoss since last many years in rapid recovery of bone diseases but over the years I have noticed following complications of it-
Hypersensitivity reactions including angioedema, generalized rash and bullous skin reactions, some severe
Gastrointestinal: Esophagitis, esophageal or gastric ulcers
Musculoskeletal pain: Bone, joint, or muscle pain, described as severe or incapacitating, have been reported rarely
Eye inflammation: Iritis, uveitis
Jaw osteonecrosis
Pulmonary: Asthma exacerbations.
So its not 100% safe

Thanks for your detailed advise. As i discussed this observations with my dr. and conveyed that i am not going to take this medicine even if i have to continue with the problem of stiffness or to depend more on physiotherapy. so now he haS ADVISED ME TO TAKE IDROFOS 150 ONCE IN A MONTH. WELL WITH THIS PRESCRIPTION I again saw the precautionary slip with it. This tablet also suggests lots of precaution. pl. tell me about this tablet. is it safe and what are its side effects. Can you suggest any other safe medicine for the same benefits to rehabilitate my wrist bones problem.

URI (34%)
Back pain (14%)
Dyspepsia (12%)
Bronchitis (10%)
1-10% (SELECTED)
Asthenia
Diarrhea
Dizziness
Myalgia
Pneumonia
Tooth disorder
UTI
POSTMARKETING REPORTS
Hypersensitivity: Allergic reactions including anaphylactic reaction/shock; in some cases fatal, angioedema, bronchospasm, asthma exacerbations, and rash
Metabolic: Hypocalcemia
Musculoskeletal: Joint, bone, or muscle pain, described as severe or incapacitating; osteonecrosis of the jaw.
Fosamax and prolia are few alternatives which also have their own side effects.
