Is HIV DUO Test Done 70 Days After Exposure Conclusive?

Question : dear dr,
I had a protected vaginal sex and blow job around 70 days before,
I have done the following hiv test.
1.HIV DUO on 27th day --nonreactive.
2.hiv dna pcr proviral for hiv 1 --not detected on 28th day.
3.hiv duo -ag/ab test---non reactive on 42nd day.
4.hiv duo -ag/ab test--non reactive on 70th day.

Do I require further testing for HIV on 12 week mark and which test.???

I have also done the HIV P24 antigen test separately on 70 th day it was NEGATIVE by ELFA METHOD.

You can go for 4th gen Duos test.

Welcome to HCM.

You had protected vaginal sex and blow job then it is not risky at all and HIV Duos test is also negative after 70 days then you are 100% safe and risk free from HIV so allay the fear or anxiety related to it.

As such no further testing is required for HIV but to follow international HIV guidelines you can go for 4th gen Duos or ELISA test after 12 weeks nothing else so be relaxed and move ahead in life happily.
