Question : Hi doctor,
I had sex with call girl on 27th XXXXXXX 2017 which is protected but deep French kissing was there.
I have had hiv test antibody after 35 days which is negative after that I had hiv ultra duo at 41st day which is also negative.
Can I rely on above test results?
Or need any other testing to confirm?

You had protected sex with CSW and kissing is no risk activity for HIV then there is no chance of HIV in your case as the exposure is not risky so allay the fear and don't get worried or tensed about HIV.
HIV Duos test after 6 week of exposure is negative which is considered highly reliable and your risk is already nil so you need not to go for any other test as such. Be relaxed and move on in life happily.

Thanks for the quick reply doctor....
But some sites/forums on net stated that p24 exists in body for short time and it may be undetectable by 5-6 weeks....
For what time period p24 exists in body and b what is the relation between p25 and hiv anybody .....is it possible to undetect p24 before generation of antibodies in body.....

It is not possible that P24 remain undeteced if the infection is present but in your case risk is already nil so no need to think upon these things. As such to get 100% conclusive result for HIV you have to wait for 3 months because the window period for HIV infection varies from 15 days to 3 months.

Just I had hiv trio-dot test......on 64th day....which is also negative........
Still there is any need to test after 3 months?
