                                    Brief Answer:
The HIV risk through a massage with a burnt hand is negligible to nil.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM
Thanks for posting your query.
You had not kissed her, not had a hug and not even touched the genitals or being touched. Just by touching the body or massaging the body has no risk for HIV.
Regarding her burns, if she was having any blisters or blebs or oozing lesions she would not be able to give a massage. So it must be very superficial one or a healing one. Once again this massage action has no risk. Even if we assume that girl has HIV and had some oozing lesion, then also HIV risk by giving a massage is negligible only. So you need not worry about the same.

Avoid going to massage parlor in future.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
If you have such an aversion and phobia for HIV, then you should avoid going to massage parlor and avoid any sort of extramarital contact with or without condom. Otherwise you would be like to attribute something like this and get confused and depressed unnecessarily and that would take away your peaceful normal life. Presently you just follow up your physician's advice and you will get well.
