Question : Hi,

I had spent rime with sex worker and now I am worried oh HIV. I have described the activities and concerns below, so please read and let me know if HIV test is needed and was there any chance of getting HIV:

1. She dis not take bath and I forgot to tell her to take bath first
2. She had lot of pimple like things in her face which she qas covering with makeup.
3. I had lot of fluid (pre cum) coming out of my penis for entire time.
2. We both were naked and I gave her massage and touched her breasts and vagina. My penis touched lots of time to her body except her vagina.
4. I rubbed her vagin many times, touched her anus area and I may have touch my mouth with the same hand.
5. She touched her vagina also.
5. She gave me handjob without condom and she used some oil on my penis. What if the oil was infected with HIV virus, I mean if somebody intentionally want to infect oil is it possible?
6. She licked my nipples.
7. She touched my anus area.
7. I touched her face.
9. We both had shower together and she helped me to wash and we shared the same towel on which she was lying also.
10. Then after 1hr she again gave me handjob but this time without any oil.
11. At no pint I used condom.

Please let me know my HIV or other STD risk and when should I get tested and which tests are required?

Please reply I am crying...

Brief Answer:
The risk for HIV is negligible

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.

It seems that you never had penetrative vaginal or anal sex.
With all points mentioned by you from not taking bath before encounter to the hand job twice with and without oil made no much difference with regards to the risk towards HIV/STD. Touching anus, female external genitals, licking nipples carry negligible risk towards HIV/STD. HIV can not survive in oil. So totally your risk for HIV/STD is negligible. You can go boldly for a HIV antibody test (ELISA, RAPID) by 12 weeks (after the window period). It would likely to come non reactive for HIV/STD.

Hi,

Thanks this give some relief but I need to ask few points which I forgot to mention earlier:-

1. After taking shower, both sit inside the bathtub for 10 min. Can this transmit the HIV?

2. Is there any test which can be done earlier just to get some more relief and later I can do HIV antibody test as suggested.

Thanks

Hi,

Also to mention I have got the bad stomach and so.e stomach upset after 3 hrs and its keep increasing...what is the relation with HIV and bad stomach can this be initial symptom? How can be sure that this bad stomach is not because of HIV or anyother STD?

Please help.

Thanks

Also, I already had some rashes in my thighs before due to sweat and friction...so my worry is also that rashes can also increases chance of HIV even the limited activities I did? Please help

Brief Answer:
DNA PCR or P24 antigen test rule out HIV 1 infection during window period.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Once again I assure you that the add up information also have in no way increase your risk for HIV/STD.
Certain skin diseases can occur due to sharing the bath tub and not HIV/STD. HIV and STD organisms can not be viable in water.
Earliest HIV manifestations would be like a FLU with fever, sore throat etc, that too 3-4 weeks after the infection. Stomach discomfort and upset are not early manifestations of HIV/STD.
Antigen detecting tests (DNA PCR, P24 Antigen) can reveal the infection during the window period itself. Even though it may become reactive by 1st week on wards, the tests become more conclusive by 4 weeks. But these tests usually rule out HIV 1 infection only (which is commoner to the extent of 99.5%) whereas the anti body tests rule out both HIV 1 and 2 infection.
I hope that you got the necessary information.

Hi,

Thank you for the answer. This will be my last question for which I am worried the most and to give you the updae. Please help me to answer this:

1. I am most worried now is of STD as I told in my ealier post I forgot to tell he to bath or even wash her hand and I allowed her to give me handjob without any protection and she touch me everywhere. She might have carried aome virus from previous customer or may be from her on vagina/body. Isn't that a very huge risk of getting STD? What to do I am very worried, which STD i can get in this scenario and what to test and what are the initial symptomps.

2. Today I have developed a very very small circular wound in my thigh/groin and in the testical exacly at the point where testical touches the thigh/groin wound on left side only. Before that I had some dryness/rash but it was from sweat. This one clearly at a single point which gives a burns only at that point. I have used Canestan on it which gives alightly burning sensation after using it. What this can be? If it is gone in 1-2 days from Canestan will that proove that it was normal infection and if it dosn't go will that proove it is STD? Pleae provide some light on this and is this a cause of concern to worry?

Thank you. Your early reply is most appreciated as I am really sad.

Brief Answer:
STD/HIV risk is negligible. Upload picture of groin lesion.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.

1. HIV/STD organisms are highly fragile and can not survive outside the body not more than few seconds. It can not be viable over anybody's hand. So you have no risk for STD. Hand job is the safest among all sex activities. If what you had told was true, every one enters in to a massage parlor would return with STD. But it is not so.
2. Circular wound or patch? Whether it is itching or not? If it is burning on application of Canestan, it means you had some abrasion possibly due to scratching. If it is possible try to upload the picture of the lesion. I may be likely to five a better view on this.
