It is difficult to say conclusive test at 40 days exposure.

HIV RNA PCR 1 & 2 can be the best test at this stage. It detects the viral genetic material both HIV 1 and HIV 2.
It is highly sensitive at this stage.

Conclusive test will be antibodies test after 3 months exposure.

Yes P24 ag/antibody test is also a sensitive test at this stage. But they do not detect HIV 2 antigen. Antibody may not be formed till 3 months.
So some variations in results can occur rarely. So cannot be taken as conclusive.

Yes it can detect HIV1 antigen at this stage .Also detects antibodies to HIV1&2 .Antibodies can be detected as early as 2 weeks .It may take 3 months to be formed in few individuals. So conclusive only after 3 months.

Thank you dr, am so sorry to disturb you again.
Am having a strong burning feeling under the sole of my feet and little bit on my palms and diarrhea each time I eat food some times headache that come and go. Can you suggest what sickness is this or what test i can do to diagnose this. I have been to hospital after normall blood and urine test the dr said that he find no disease. Please help me Dr. D. Basti.

You need not feel sorry for asking query.

If your doctor has examined , and all reports are normal. You need not worry.
It may be due to anxiety .
Minor vitamin deficiencies can cause burning feet.
I would have advised the following:
Vitamin B supplements for few days .
Gastricolic reflex or gastritis can cause symptoms of increased frequency of stools.
You can take chewable antacids or syrups.
Even ranitidine can be taken .

If your symptoms do not subside get evaluated again by a physician.
