Yes, under moderation...

Detailed Answer:
As long as the kidney functions are normal and you don't suffer from gastritis / ulcers, you may take ibuprofen tablets once in awhile. Further, I will urge you to moderate amount of pain medications and other over the counter drugs taken every day.
