Question : I am on vacation and forgot my Lipitor at home. Do I need to get an emergency supply?

Hello,

this is not that important! Lipitor protects you against hyperlipidemia for as long as you take it. Stopping it for a while means you'll be unprotected for the days you're not taking it. Keep in mind that atherosclerosis is a slow process that goes on for years before serious complications occur, so don't worry too much about few days of vacation.
