Is UPT On Day 21 Of Menstrual Cycle Reliable?

Question: Hello
I had unprotected sex several times, one time was during my fertile days according to my calendar it was my last fertile day
I have a fairly regular periods
Every 27 days
On day 20 of my cycle , i bleed dark brown blood, a thin line on my underwear
The same days my breast were really swollen and i had cramps similar to menstrual cramps
I am also severely depressed and feeling tired
I had a blood test today and the results are attached
This is day 21 of my cycle
I usually get my period every 27-28 days
The last times i had sexual intercoarse was day 9 and day 14 and day 18 of my cycle. All was unprotected
My cramps are getting worse and i pee alot
I also feel moist down there
Is there a possibility i could be pregnant? How can i be sure?

Too early to test for pregnancy

Hi,

I understand your concerns about possibility of pregnancy.

Attached serum beta hCG report shows you are not pregnant.

But this being 21 days of cycle is too early for pregnancy test. It wont show up so soon.

Hence please repeat serum beta hCG blood test again on day 30 of cycle to confirm pregnancy.

I am supposed to get my period in 6 days
If i get it, should i still do the test on day 30?

Probable urinary tract infection

Hi,

Cramps are probably premenstrual. This indicates uou are due for periods soon.

Another possibility for cramps with pain during passing urine is due to urinary tract infection.

Please get urine examination done for urinary tract infection.

I have lost my appetite and i have a sick feeling in my stomach. Not nausea just a sick feeling. Could that be from UTI?

This feeling could be due to UTI or even due to impending periods Or even simple gastritis.
