Question : Hello, I have a small indentation (curved line that seems to echo the shape of my nipple) on my right breast and clear nipple discharge when I squeeze my nipple (not spontaneous). I'm worried it could be breast cancer. I'm 33.

Hello dear. I have gone through the details. A nipple discharge can be seen in a case of carcinoma breast. It need to be evaluated by a clinical examination, mri of breast and biopsy if needed. But please relax, it may be normal also.
