Brief Answer:
Not suggestive of pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Only abdominal cramps with no other symptoms are more likely to be due to an intestinal infection rather than a pregnancy. If your periods are overdue then you can test your urine for pregnancy using the kit available over the counter at all the pharmacies.
Urine test or a blood test are the sure ways to diagnose a pregnancy.
Taking mtp kit is not advisable if you are not pregnant as it can be associated with severe problems like heavy and irregular bleeding severe abdominal cramps nausea vomiting and menstrual irregularities. Self medication like this is dangerous.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
