                                    Brief Answer:
It is normal
Detailed Answer:
Hello
I understand your concerns about abdominal pain around 7 weeks pregnancy.
It is normal for you to have abdominal pain when you sleep on abdomen as there is reflux of acid contents of stomach in to esophagus (food pipe).
This pain is further increased by gastritis which occurs during pregnancy. Hence I suggest you take prescription for antacids gel like mucaine which reduces pain.
Let me know if you need any more clarifications.
