Is Alcohol Consumption Advisable While On Duromine?

Question: I am taking duromine 40 & drank a lot of wine last night. It's now almost 24 hours later but I have a really bad headache... am I safe? I've taken some panadol a few minutes ago. I'm probably also very sleep deprived and this could be causing the headache. Only 3 days into taking duromine.
