Question: Please tell me hw to diagnose following problem
I have done some more test and some more problems point 8
I had protected sex in march 2014 also in 2013 with unknown women.
I am having following problems
1.on my penis fore skin having white spots ( dermatologist said its fordyce spots)
2. Inside mouth also same white spots( doc said its a same fordyce spots but he didn't checked the mouth)
3. Indigestion trouble always and burning sensation while having motion specially if I have little spice food.( from long time I am having medicine for stomach no improvement)
4. Throat is itching from inside( ENT doc said nothing wrong) but I am facing this problem from long time.
Specially this days having more trouble while swallowing)
5.burning sensation on certain part of body like calves(legs) and hand.
6. Legs always feel heavy.
7.suspecting swollen lymph node at armpit and on neck ( done ultrasound for neck all good) but armpit is always swollen.
8.Recently my toung is always becoming white and having irritation all time.

Following tests I have done
1. July 2014 HIV 1/2 ab/ag combo test ( 5 month after the last sex)

2. January 2015 HIV 1/2 ab/ag combo test ( 9 month after sex)

3. March 2015 ELISA TEST( almost 1 year from last sex)
HIV 1&2 antibodies screening test
HIV 1/2 & p24 COMB PT TEST

4.HEPATITIS C VIRUS SPOT TEST

5 HBsAG/AuAG ELISA TEST.

6. Blood test many time which show lymphocytes 50 alway ( normal 20-40) and RBC 5.55( normal 4.5-5.5)

All above test are negative for HIV

My question
1. Is there any possibility of getting HIV after so many test ?
2. Is there possibility that virus is not getting detected because of good immune system?
3. Whether Virus takes time like 2,5 or 10 year to get detected.?
4.if I am not having HIV than what is the problem because these all trouble started same time and it is there more or less from 6 month
5. Doc giving me medicine for stomach only they said all trouble because of indigestion.
6. Whether it takes so much time for recovery from stomach trouble.
7. Whether this problem takes because of hyper acidity because some doc said because of acidity.
8.i known Iymph node trouble is because of infection but its not getting resolve after having many antibiotic medicine ?

Please give me proper suggestion and treatment to follow from which doctor.
