Question : My husband has a lump in his abdomen that began as smallish, but is now bulging, although it can be pushed back in. He has no pain associated with it unless he pushes hard against it, and even then, the pain is minimal. Is this a hernia?
Brief Answer:
Please attach a picture of it.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
It sounds like a hernia. But without physical examination it is hard to tell. It may be also diastasis of the abdominal muscles which is not a hernia, just muscles weakening.
Can you please take a picture of it and attach it?
Hope this helps.
Regards.
