Question : I'm 36 years my blood pressure is 120/90 is it high or its OK, most of the time it goes up when I'm at the doctors office!
Brief Answer:
This is okay!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
Your blood pressure is okay. I am pretty convinced that it goes up because you develop anxiety/fear at the doctors' office. This is called white coat induced high blood pressure. There is no reason to get worried about this just now.
In all, this is normal. You may want to take some more readings over several days and send to me for more analysis.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. .Thank you so much for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarification if need be.
