Brief Answer:
Need to do tests

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
Your symptoms may indicate circulation problems at level of brachial artery. This may have been caused by accident or by atherosclerosis. You should measure blood pressure on both sides and I suggest to do ct angiography of affected arm to verify possible vessel obstruction. If confirmed,it can be surgically corrected. Wish you good health. Regards
