Is Breastfeeding Advisable After Taking Mifeprin?

Question: Hello Doctor. My wife is 5weeks pregnant now and we already have a 16 months baby who is still breast feeded. We want to abort, hence doctor prescribed Meieprin 200mg kit.
Our question is can my wife breast feed our baby during this course? Is there any side affects in Mifeprin.

Mifeprin is secreted in the breast milk and can cause nausea, vomiting, pain abdomen or diarrhea in the babies. It is best to avoid breast feeding while taking the medicine and one week after it. A 16 months old baby can have top feed and other solid and semisolid foods.
