Is Breastfeeding Safe While On Doxycycline And Abortion Pills?

Question: Hello! I took abortion pills 200mg , 4 at once in my mouth by letting it dissolve. I nurse my child but I stopped once I took these pills. How long should I not breastfeed? I was also given 3 pills of doxycycline 100mg to take every 12 hours, can I breastfeed while on these pills?

When I called my child's pediatrician, she said that medication are put into 5 categories for nursing woman. 1-2 types is a good to go pill. Category 3 pill is a caution and types 4-5 are not to be taken at all. So all these pills fell under the type 3. She said it was entirely up to me to give milk or not. When I took the first pill at the abortion clinic and came home and nursed my daughter, she had one diaper of diarrhea. That's when I stopped nursing her. I'm just afraid that I might pass something that will not be good for health. I just want to confirm that each one of these pills are safe to take while nursing?! I'm sorry, I am just extremely cautious. Thank you for taking the time to answering my question
