I read your question and i understand your concern. In order to help you, i need to understand first what these values indicate which dropped from 58 to 27. IS it a creatinine level or is it a GFR. Reduced estimated Glomerular filtration rate indicates renal failure. I am afraid it will need more than natural supplements to cure. You need to consult a nephrologist and let them sort out the extent of damage of kidney. Usually when eGFR is less than 30 it means it is stage 4 or 5 chronic kidney disease.

Protein restriction and solute restriction is advised. Restrict proteins intake , do not discontinue it, just reduce it. Talk to your nephrologist and let them devise a management plan for you.
