Question : HI! I AM A PERSONAL TRAINER, ONE OF MY NEW CLIENTS 57 YEARS OLD HAS GOUT, HE IS CONCERNED THAT EXERCISE COULD SOMEHOW DAMAGE JOINTS THAT ARE AFFECTED, ARE THERE CONTRAINDICATIONS?
