Most standard guiding societies (like CDC and ACOG) have recommended the use and safety of flu vaccine in pregnancy.


But according to the recent medical reports, there are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women which determine the safety of flu vaccine during pregnancy
and the should be given to a pregnant woman only if clearly needed.

I go with the recent reports and would recommend the use of flu vaccine in pregnancy only when absolutely indicated.
