Brief Answer:
physiological phenomenon..Nothing to Worry..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX, welcome to HCM..

I've gone through your query and understand your concern..

Heart rate is a very sensitive parameter which can get altered very easily.. any stressful situation can elevate it (right from anxiety to even fasting).. Fasting puts our body in to stress, so by natural way , the heart rate increases ..

At such young age you shouldn't be worrying about it at all..

It's a normal physiological phenomenon which happens in all of us.. don't worry.. in fact I'd rather advice you to stop checking your heart rate every now and then , as the more aware you'll become about this, the faster it'll run(another stress response)..

Be relaxed, move on with your life..

Take Care
Kind Regards
